Liberon Knotting Pale 125 ml

The job of applying knotting takes only minutes but if you fail to use it, it can cost you many hours repainting or varnishing woodwork as well as the cost and waste of expensive materials.
Liberon Knotting helps to stabilise resinous woods prior to painting or varnishing
Also helps to minimise the discolouration of paint finishes unsightly staining brown rings from knots
Liberon Pale Knotting may also be used with a clear varnish.

Preparation:
Ensure the surface is bare, clean, dry and free from dust.
If the wood is to be dyed or stained, this must be completed prior to the application of Liberon Knotting.
Knotting will be touch dry in 15 minutes

Application
Apply one coat only of Liberon Knotting directly on to the knots with a good quality, clean brush.
The Knotting will be touch dry in 15 minutes but leave to fully dry for a further 2 hours before applying any finishes or damage to the finish may happen.

Important Note:
Liberon Knotting is not recommended for oiled or waxed surfaces.
Always test product on a spare surface or inconspicuous area for colour, compatibility and end result.
