Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

No, you are more than welcome to checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, by creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will enjoy a wide range of benefits:
- move through the checkout faster because much of the information is already in your accounts
- update your information including past and current addresses
- check the status of orders and even reorder from your order history
- change preferences such as newsletter subscriptions
- view and edit product reviews

Which shipping couriers do you use?

We mainly use UKMail or DHL Express Parcel next working day delivery service and Royal Mail 1st class parcel service for small items ordered as samples. We also offer a Click & Collect service from our Shops:
- over 90% of orders to UK Mainland are delivered next working day
- next day delivery is offered if all items are in stock. We sell via multiple sales channels such as eBay, Amazon, telephone and our trade counter, for this reason products may occasionally go out of stock
- if for any reason the products ordered are out of stock we will aim to despatch your order within 3 to 6 working days using UKMail/DHL Express Parcels Next Day delivery service

What happens if the product isn't suitable and I want to return it?

We offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy. The return shipping charge needs to be paid by you.
Goods ordered in error, surplus to requirements or unsuitable may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt:
- goods will be refunded on the condition that they have not been used, fitted and are undamaged in the original packaging with fixings
- this excludes special order or made to measure items
- please contact us for return enquiries.
- Paint mixing are none refundable.

Do you offer any kind of discounts?

Occasionally we will have a sale event where we offer seasonal discounts on specific products or ranges:
- First order we offer 10% discount, if you create credit account with us and if you are aproved, we will offer up to 40% first time buy discount.
- if you are placing a sizeable order or starting a large product it is worth contacting us to see of we are running any promotions at that time

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without any charge if we didn`t send it to you.
