A high quality undercoat bonding plaster which conforms to BS.1191.  Suiable for use on low-suction surfaces where a thickness of up to 13mm is  required.  Floating coat should be applied with firm pressure, built out to required thickness, ruled to an even surface and lightly scrathed to form a key for application of finishing plaster.  When applied to concrete, surface should be wetted with a damp brush at least 5 minutes prior to applying floating coat.
