Paint Library Pure Flat Emulsion is a water-based, matt finish for interior plaster walls and ceilings.
It has excellent coverage and dries to a wipeable, dead flat, chalky finish that is microporous, allowing the surface to breathe.
It is quick drying, low-odour and is environmentally friendly with minimal VOC content.
Application is by brush, roller or spray with coverage up to 14sq/m per litre.
Touch dry in 2 hours and recoatable in 4 hours.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.
We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
