Johnstone's 2 Pack Water Based Floor Paint: - is a high performance two pack epoxy water-based semi-gloss finish which provides a non flammable, low odour, highly resilient film. Ideal for concrete, steel, non-ferrous metals and asbestos cement. In areas prone to slip risk, you can further improve the slip resistance of Johnstone’s Floor Coatings by using Johnstone’s Anti-Slip Additive.
Coverage - approximately 5–7 square metres per litre, depending on the nature and porosity of the surface being painted.
Application - The base and activator should be mixed together at a rate of 4:1 by volume. Ensure that the components are completely mixed before application. A first coat thinned with 10% water is recommended on bare concrete. The mixture must be used within 90 minutes of mixing. Suitable for application by brush or roller. If more than one can of a colour is to be used in the same area, intermix before use.
Drying Time - Touch dry in 4 hours. Recoatable after 24 hours. Fully cured after 7 days. Pot Life: 90 minutes.

Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.
We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
