  • 60ø twin thread.
  • Surface hardened up to 750 HV to prevent torque shearing under load and a core hardness of up to 450 HV for improved ductility.
  • Made from C10-18 Steel.
  • Cosmetically plated in either zinc or black phosphate.
  • Sold in one-piece strengthened laminated TIMco branded boxes for market appeal and quality recognition.
  • Designed to pierce and drill into 0.9 mm of metal channel. For larger gauge channel self-drilling drywall screws are recommended.

Returns & Color-Mixed Paint

Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.

We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
