The condensate trap plays a crucial role in extracting the discharge that accumulates in the primary heating/cooling system. This accumulation is a result of temperature and pressure changes within these systems. Connected to the condensate trap is a discharge pipe, which facilitates the removal of any retained water from the property. It's important to note that the water held in the condensate trap may contain mild levels of acid, resulting from carbon dioxide formed during boiler operation and dissolving in the water.
In consideration of potential water damage, discharge pipes are typically constructed from plastic rather than metal. This precautionary choice is made because the water in the system could gradually damage a metal pipe over time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.
We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
