902 5 Litre Black-Jack Bitumen Primer used to give a key prior to applying bitumen paints and roof coatings.
Mainly used for priming Concrete roofs, floors, cementicious screeds, renders, Bitumen felt, asphalt, mastic Weathered corrugated iron, steel, Wood.
Fast drying suitable for use with all bituminous surface coatings
Also suitable as a primer prior to applying any Flashing Tape.
Product Limitations:Do not use in areas where subsequent solvent contact is likely.
Avoid inhalation of vapours in confined spaces.
Allow sufficient drying time before overcoating.
Surface Preparation:
Preparation of the surface's all surfaces must be sound, stable and thoroughly clean and dry.
New galvanised surfaces should be scraped down with a hand scraper roughened with a wire brush or treated with a proprietary etch primer.
Fibre cement or rag felt apply generously to saturate the surface.
Metal surfaces should be wire brushed to remove rust.
can be applied over red lead or zinc phosphate.
Remove tar based paint systems before use.

Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.
We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
