Crompton 12V LED Glass MR16 lamps will operate with most AC or DC 12V transformers. However, some 12V transformers may have a minimum required load which may not be met when installing low powered LEDs; these transformers may cause flickering or the LEDs not to function correctly. If in doubt, Crompton Lamps can supply a suitable LED driver (Part number: LEDDRIVER10W) which is guaranteed to drive 1x 5W LED Glass MR16. Returns & Color-Mixed Paint

Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.

We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
