How to Use CT1 Building Sealant & Adhesive:
Surface Preparation:
Clean all surfaces thoroughly, removing dirt, grease, loose paint, and debris
Ensure surfaces are dry (CT1 can be applied to damp surfaces if necessary)
For best results, lightly abrade smooth surfaces to improve adhesion
Application Process:
Cut the nozzle at a 45-degree angle to desired bead size
Pierce the inner seal using the pin provided or a thin nail
Load into caulk gun and apply steady, even pressure
Apply the sealant in a continuous bead, maintaining consistent speed
Tool the surface within 10 minutes using a wet finger or smoothing tool
Remove excess immediately with a damp cloth
Curing & Finishing:
