The flow switch acts as a safety device. It is a switch with an in-built sensor that sits in the pipework for both the domestic hot water and heating systems. When the pump is activated, the flow switches senses this movement and feeds the information back to the printed circuit board, allowing the ignition sequence to progress. The flow switches function is to make sure that the burner cannot switch on whilst the system is dry or low on water.

Returns & Color-Mixed Paint

Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.

We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
