This is a 3kw, 14inch immersed length Incoloy Immersion Heater complete with combined (operating & safety cut-out) plug-in, high temperature range thermostat. The element can be used in all standard domestic water areas including normal use in hard water areas susceptible to limescale. Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.
We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
