Isonit GL 12 is a water-borne roof coating with exceptional coverage, specially formulated for application on concrete roof tiles, fiber cement, fiber cement slates, and primed steel roofs.

Important considerations:

  • Not suitable for use on clay tiles or natural slate.
  • Boasts excellent adhesion properties.
  • Features a short drying time for efficient application.
  • Exhibits good flow and leveling characteristics, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Creates a water-repellent surface that is diffusion-open, allowing water vapor from the material's interior to pass through.

Returns & Color-Mixed Paint

Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.

We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
