Johnstone's Trade Eggshell is an eggshell finish with a high VOC content. A washable oil-based product for interior use that can be applied with a brush or roller. Recoatable after 16-24 hours.

Eggshell is a hard, long-lasting mid-sheen finish for wood and metal. Without an undercoat, it can be applied to most previously painted surfaces. On new surfaces, apply over a suitable primer.

  • Can be applied using a brush or roller.
  • Coverage is up to 20 sqm per litre.
  • Paint with high VOC content.
  • Thinning is not recommended.
  • Touch dry after 4 to 8 hours.
  • Recoatable after 12 to 24 hours.

Returns & Color-Mixed Paint

Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.

We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
