Johnstone's Trade MDF Primer is a high-performance, water-borne, combined primer and undercoat, specifically formulated for use on medium density fibre boards. It provides a low-odour, quick-drying alternative to conventional solvent-borne primers, and produces an ideal surface for overcoating with subsequent topcoat.

All paint products are shipped within 1–3 working days, depending on stock availability and order volume.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.
We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
