Macpherson Vinyl Silk is a low VOC content silk finish, offering a washable solution that can be thinned with water, making it suitable for interior applications. With a touch-dry time of 2-3 hours and recoatability after 4 hours, this silk emulsion provides a mid-sheen finish for walls and ceilings.
Designed for decorative purposes, it is especially well-suited for medium-traffic areas like lounges and bedrooms, thanks to its washable properties. This makes it easy to clean and maintain, ensuring a lasting and appealing appearance.
Notably, Macpherson Vinyl Silk can be directly applied to coated plaster surfaces without thinning. For new plaster, it is recommended to use a thinned first coat of matt emulsion or contract emulsion as a priming coat before applying the silk emulsion for an optimal finish.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.
We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
