Ultracolor Plus is a high-performance, quick-setting and drying cementitious mortar for grouting joints up to 20 mm wide. The Mapei Ultracolor Plus 110 Manhattan grout is a mid-grey shade that will work particularly well with white marble effect tiles to give a natural tone that will not distract from the beauty of the tiles décor. Suitable for kitchens and bathrooms, this mid-grey tone will not show marks, unlike lighter shades, therefore, creating an easy-to-maintain surface in any space. Bioblock technology has been used to create a superior mould-resistant surface alongside additional Dropeffect technology to ensure high-quality water resistance, this makes Mapei Ultracolor Plus grout the perfect choice for demanding areas where resting water may occur. With a pot life of 20-25 minutes and a set time for light foot traffic of 3 hours, the Ultracolor Plus grout allows areas to be quickly used after installation. An anti-efflorescence formula ensures a uniform colour for that ideal finish while the flexible characteristics mean that it can be used over underfloor heating without fear of breaking up.

All paint products are shipped within 1–3 working days, depending on stock availability and order volume.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Returns & Color-Mixed Paint

Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.

We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
