Mapei Waterproof Fix & Grout is suitable for fixing and grouting ceramic tiles and mosaics in interior locations such as kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and shower areas. Can also be used to bond porcelain tiles provided they do not exceed 200x200 mm and that the substrate is porous i.e. do not attempt to bond porcelain tiles to an impervious substrate such as existing tiles or a waterproof membrane. For fixing tiles to walls onto substrates including plaster, plasterboard, existing tiled finishes, tilebacker boards, sand:cement render, concrete, WBP or marine grade plywood.

Returns & Color-Mixed Paint

Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.

We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
