Mapei Mapesil AC 142 solvent-free silicone sealant provides a durable, flexible seal for construction and renovation projects. It is ideal for sealing around baths, showers, wash basins, and window frames in both interior and exterior applications, including underwater use. The high-performance brown sealant is waterproof and resists mould and mildew, ensuring a long-lasting, hygienic finish. With a maximum heat resistance of 180°C, it offers reliable performance in various conditions. This product seamlessly colour coordinates with the Mapei Ultracolour Plus Grout range for a consistent aesthetic.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.
We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
