Product Information: The pressure relief valve helps to decrease pressure build up within a closed system. It is set to release water if the pressure is too high to stop pressure building up and breaking the system. It opens automatically to release water, effectively reducing the pressure within the closed system. By preventing pressure buildup, it safeguards against potential damage to pipes, fittings, and the water heater itself.
This part is present in 10 different boilers in the Heatrae range including the Heatrae HANDY 41823 , MULTIPOINT 10 XV , MULTIPOINT 15 XV , MULTIPOINT 30 , MULTIPOINT 50.
Installation and Maintenance: Proper installation and periodic maintenance are crucial for the valve’s effectiveness. Regular inspections ensure that the valve remains functional and responsive.
