Sadolin Polyurethane Floor Varnish is a water-based gloss finish for interior wood.
It benefits from being quick drying, low-odour and non-yellowing and is suitable for all wooden flooring including; hardwood, softwood and parquet. It is not suitable for laminate flooring however.
