Johnstone's Trade Smooth Metal Paint is a primer and top coat in one, which can be applied direct to bare, previously painted or rusted surface and provides a smooth, flat, gloss finish. Offering up to five years' protection, extending standard maintenance cycles, Johnstone's Trade Smooth Metal Paint offers anti-corrosive properties whilst maintaining excellent adhesion attributes. With our Smooth Metal Paint there is no need to prime, as it can be applied onto corroded surfaces and provides good resistance to water, humidity, hot salt spray and UVA. Particularly suitable for renovation of corroded substrates after the manual removal of loose layers of rust, it can also be used on steel cast iron and other steel elements.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Returns & Color-Mixed Paint

Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.

We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
