Sandtex Trade X-treme X-Posure Smooth Masonry Paint is a durable, high performance coating for exterior walls and rendered surfaces. Highly flexible and covers hairline cracks while preventing them reappearing. Shower resistant 15 minutes after application.

Anti-carbonation properties, resist dirt and pollution, while an added fungicide prevents mould growth on the surface. BBA Approved 20 years protection.

Application is by brush, roller or spray with coverage up to 16sq/m per litre. Touch dry in 30 minutes and recoatable between 2-4 hours.

Returns & Color-Mixed Paint

Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.

We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
