An impressive, top quality professional 5m/16ft tape from Stanley, the FatMax Blade Armor pocket tapes range is a subtantial product for the demanding user.
A truly impressive tape measure, the Stanley FatMax Blade Armor 5m/16ft features a 5 metre (16 foot) long curved steel blade with both metric and imperial graduations. Fully 32mm (one and a quarter inches) in diameter, this blade achieves phenomenal standout, not to mention allowing the user to read the tape with ease.
Wrapped in a Mylar coating, like all other tapes in this range (including the FatMax Xtreme products), the working life of this blade could be up to ten times that of a more conventionally coated product.
Tipped by a rock solid, 3 rivet, rust-proof 'tru-zero' end hook, this tape delivers super accurate inside and outside measurements and does it all to the internationally recognised EEC Class II standard of accuracy. This particular hook also features top, bottom and side hooks that makes taking measurements from above, below or the side an absolute breeze.
The blade is wrapped up in a high-impact ABS plastic shell complete with enormous rubberised 'bumper' (to prolong the life of the hook) and super-comfortable grip to deliver additional comfort, control and durability.
