The Wooden Dowel is a cylindrical rod made of wood, specifically designed to fit into corresponding holes in two pieces for alignment or fastening purposes. It is dimensioned at 8mm in diameter by 30mm in length and features a self-colored finish which generally means that the wood is left in its natural state without additional painting or staining. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.
We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
