Zinsser Cover Stain is a solvent-based primer sealer crafted for both interior and exterior applications on various surfaces. Its versatile features make it suitable for blocking water marks, smoke damage, and nicotine stains. This self-priming formula adheres well to most surfaces without the need for sanding, making it ideal for new wooden surfaces where its flexible film and fast-drying properties enable completing jobs in a day. Additionally, it is compatible with both water-based and solvent-based paints, and application can be done by brush, pad, roller, or spray, with coverage extending up to 9.8 square meters per liter. The product is touch dry in just 35 minutes and recoatable in 2 hours.
