Zinsser WATERTITE® Professional Mold & Mildew-Proof™ Waterproofing Paint features a unique oil-based formula that combines a cutting-edge waterproofing resin with Portland cement. This creates a coating capable of halting up to 34 lbs psi of water pressure. The formulation includes a mildewcide, ensuring prevention of mold and mildew growth for a minimum of 10 years post-application, making it particularly suitable for basements and other masonry surfaces prone to such issues.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Please note that custom color-mixed paints cannot be returned. These products are mixed specifically for you, based on the color you select, and therefore cannot be resold.
We will, however, accept a return or provide a replacement if there is a manufacturing issue or if the color you received does not match the color ordered. If this happens, simply contact us with your order details and photos, and we’ll take care of it.
